Not necessarily. For most cleaning roles we provide full training. What matters more is reliability, a positive attitude and attention to detail. If you have experience, great — tell us about it. If not, still apply.

We arrange and fund the DBS check for successful applicants. You don't need to have one already, but you will need to go through the process before starting with us.

It depends on the role. Commercial cleaning often involves early mornings or evenings. Residential and Airbnb cleaning tends to be daytime hours. We'll always discuss hours and match you to work that suits your availability.

We work with both employees and self-employed contractors, depending on the role and your preference. This will be discussed at the interview stage and confirmed in writing before any work begins.
