How do I get my shoes to you?+

You can drop your shoes off at our Barking, East London base, or we can arrange a collection from your home or workplace across London. Just let us know your preference when booking.

How long will the clean take?+

Most standard cleans are turned around in 24–48 hours. Deep restoration work or specialist treatments may take up to 72 hours. We'll always confirm the expected turnaround when we confirm your price.

Will my shoes look brand new?+

We always aim for the best possible result for your shoes' age and condition. We'll be honest with you about what's achievable — and we always send before and after photos so you can see exactly what we've done.

Do you work on luxury or designer shoes?+

Yes — we're experienced with luxury brands including Gucci, Balenciaga, Yeezy, Louboutin and others. These shoes receive extra care and appropriate specialist products. Please mention the brand when booking.
